Business Development Manager


  • Participate in the strategic planning review of international business operations with the director of international business
  • Research and analyze opportunities in the assigned international markets, in charge of proposing business penetration and development strategies
  • Set goals, developing business plans for the development of the products in the assigned market area in line with the overall strategic plan and general objectives of the international business department
  • Take responsibility and reporting to the Director of International Business about the sales and business development plan in the area in charge
  • Be responsible for implementing business plans to seek, approach, penetrate, establish, develop, expand and maintain the customer system in the area in charge
  • Propose sales policies, plans to participate in international fairs, real survey plans to promote sales and budget estimates for activities in respective areas
  • Directly participating in foreign missions, international fairs to find customers, transactions
  • Monitor, improve and document the internal and inter-departmental coordination processes, implementation of signed contracts
  • Manage, lead and develop training business team on necessary skills



  • Graduated in bachelor degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Trade
  • Possesses 5 years experiences of similar positions in companies exporting agricultural products, household or related
  • Have knowledge or experience in developing international markets (Middle East, Asia, South Africa)
  • Candidates with experience in leading and organizing International Exchanges are an advantage


  • Persistent with assigned objectives
  • Good negotiation skills especially with foreign partners
  • Good English (knowledge of specialized terms on Import and Export Trade)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure and able to travel abroad
  • Understanding of electronic market, technical sales
  • Creative & self -motivated
  • Good teamwork skills
