Job Description

  • Conduct outbound end user survey and customer care to Client ‘s end users follow the call script as questionnaire and recording the results
  • Perform the tasks that reach KPIs daily, weekly and monthly
  • Learning and sharing with the team member the Client products and services
  • Daily report to team leader for any abnormal cases may occurs
  • Escalate to team leader any issues for solution
  • Follow strictly the company and project policy
  • Attending the training course for soft skill, technique update information, marketing campaign briefing, etc. time to time upon requested
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to outbound activities assigned by CC management upon requested


1. Education & Experiences

  • University degree level in a relevant subject,
  • 1 year experienced in call center or customer service is required

2. Skills

  • Good communication skill
  • Good computer skill
  • Hard working, careful and honest
  • Fair in English
  • Ability to work long hour on phone
  •  Ability to learn and work with system
  • Able to work independently or in a team, with high sense of responsibility with or without supervision
  • Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
  • Has to be punctual and principle
  •  Soft and clear voice
