DATA ANALYST / DATA EXPERT
You are in the Customer Success team, processing the data transformations necessary to onboarding new customers with frequent communication with the Swiss teams.
- Understand data model, business logic and customer data
- Transform and remodel customer data to Import and export to/from database in accordance with Business needs
- Have high speed Interactions with our global team in Vietnam and with the sales and onboarding teams in Switzerland, Spain, France, England.
- Aggregate data to build and maintain custom reports
- Analyze and develop customer reports based on domain or database
- Document your work and participate to process docs and implementation
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyse Customer issues with accurate solutions.

Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL (advanced level), Oracle, SSRS, Report Builder, Excel, Analysis skills, Testing skills
- Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility
- Detail oriented, Organized, Social, Curious, Accurate
- come from a developer background
- Fluent French or German is a nice to have
