You are in the Customer Success team, processing the data transformations necessary to onboarding new customers with frequent communication with the Swiss teams.

  • Understand data model, business logic and customer data
  • Transform and remodel customer data to Import and export to/from database in accordance with Business needs
  • Have high speed Interactions with our global team in Vietnam and with the sales and onboarding teams in Switzerland, Spain, France, England.
  • Aggregate data to build and maintain custom reports
  • Analyze and develop customer reports based on domain or database
  • Document your work and participate to process docs and implementation
  • Research, diagnose, record, and analyse Customer issues with accurate solutions.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL (advanced level), Oracle, SSRS, Report Builder, Excel, Analysis skills, Testing skills
  • Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility
  • Detail oriented, Organized, Social, Curious, Accurate

Strong plus

  • come from a developer background
  • Fluent French or German is a nice to have
