Delivery Head

Business and Strategic responsibility

  • Responsible for Implementing GD Competency Strategy and Location strategy
  • Responsible for driving revenues from external customers – special focus for Japan business
  • Achieving higher value growth of client business – Addition of MS mode projects and transition
  • Responsible for nearshore business – direct connects to ASEAN, China and Japan customers
  • Meeting Business plan targets: Revenue, Deployment, Profitability and Budget management
  • Develop the next line of Leadership (business, Project and technical) – Continue to build SMEs, PMs and CoE
  • Collaboration with RBEI, India key stakeholders – primarily in BE-BS practices, connecting topics with Digital BU

Operational Excellence

  • Delivery Excellence with Right cost / Right Resource / Right Quality
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction through Delivery within Cost, Time and Quality.
  • Focus on Total Cost to Customer and bring about improvement in the same
  • Associate engagement: deployment of various career paths and associate related instruments
  • Responsible for driving initiatives like Productivity Improvement, Service Innovation


  • Associate development and engagement within the practice
  • Quick adoption to cultural aspect

  • Talent Development – Cross/Up/Re Skilling by focusing S/4 HANA and Build technical architects/SMEs


  • Creating and executing strategy for customers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders ( GD centers, CI, ICOs, and Regional )
  • Global business collaboration with RBEI, India LoBs
  • Periodic review and reporting of business and  project status with customers
  • Ensuring customer delight through measurable business results
  • Achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets in organization level


Technology/ Business background Experience

  • 16+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Head -managing large teams, driving LoBs with a strong SAP domain and process expertise
  • Capability in  leading larger teams and virtual teams
  • Experience in Strategic Competency building and setting up COEs
  • Leading delivery topics with multiple international stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the Enterprise Core and applications related process frameworks
  • Proven capability in independently pursuing large deals
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • International experience ( specially Japan Business ) is an added advantage
  • Experience of working with Vietnam topics is desirable
  • Preferable SL1 FK or SL2
