Hardware Designer
Our Client is looking for someone who can facilitate effective cooperation between the various teams working in their services.
[Responsibilities]
- Create and implement the design of the HW, DC/DR
- Works with third party vendors to meet business requirements to include: identifying prospective vendor solutions and develops and submits Hardware design to prospective contractors
- Implements tactics that result in improved time to market of new services ( SaaS, PaaS,…)
- Informs and be informed by internal and external of changes to systems that affect their areas
- Adhere to “cooperative development process” and ensures that it is followed by the rest of the team
- Assist Center Head in problem identification and resolution of errors in the functionality or operability of systems
- Assist Center Head in problem identification and resolution of errors in the functionality or operability of systems
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of service priorities and service management activities

[Requirement]
- Experience:
- 5 years experienced in a various products and services in bank such as PaaS, SaaS,….
- 7 years experienced in sizing the systems in the banking domain such as Core, Card, Data, Digital Banking, Payment, or Channel, etc…
- Experienced in designing the blueprint for DC/DR and HW systems.
- Understanding the best practice HW design patterns in the industry.
- Knowledgeable in OS (Linux, AIX,…) for HW.
- Understanding the hardware products (Server, SAN, Tape…) in the market and industry.
- Understanding the DC/DR infrastructure standards.
- Soft skills:
- Prioritization and Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
- Good English skills
