 People & Sales Performance Management

  • Recruit and manage a fast-growing telesales team from 10-20 people
  • Provide daily on-the-job coaching to individual and weekly/monthly training to the whole team
  • Build an A-team with high performance, positive attitude, and excellent collaboration
  • Achieve growing revenue target, sales conversion rate, and related KPIs
  • Track and report all sales performance matrix, analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and tactics
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales performance

Sales System Optimization

  • Continuously optimize sales activities from hiring, training, sales script, sales processes to increase productivity and conversion rates
  • Automate sales activities with technological solutions
  • Manage and optimize CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other functions such as marketing; customer service; product; accounting to build integrated working processes across all functions.



  • Minimum 5 years in sales management positions, managing a team bigger than 10 people
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and have in-depth experience in managing & optimizing CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in education or tech industry is preferred
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development is a bonus
  • Strong analytical reasoning
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills,
  • Demonstrate strong ability to coach and train team members at different levels
  • A flexible, positive attitude, high standards of work ethics
  • Take initiatives and be proactive going beyond the call of duty
  • Native Vietnamese with advance English skills
