Human Resource Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment to achieved KPI
  • Enhance Training plan base to Biz requirement
  • Talent Management – Retention – Training High Potential Position
  • Create HR schemes to improve management
  • C&B improvement: Incentives – Salary – compensation
  • Re-structure company & all function bases to business needs
  • Lead to implement HR project (EOS<, SOP)

Admin:

  • Manage & check expenses & lay out
  • Support local & experts for solving issue
  • Having more than 10 years’ experience of HR field & work in relevant position for more than 4 year experience of working in Sales / Trade Foreign Company is must
  • Good at presentation skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Strong leadership skills and convincing skills
  • Proficiency in computer skill, especially making report (good at Excel, Power Point & preparing letters / announcements)
