IT Manager (Infrastructure and Helpdesk)


  • To be responsible for all IT infrastructure and Helpdesk service in the company
  • Understand the company direction, vision, strategy and develop the action plan in order to archive the target
  • Create the standard, guideline, policy for IT infrastructure & helpdesk service based on company business strategy. Provide the consultancy to IT GM/DGM to deploy for company at national wise
  • Prepare the IT budget for company to make sure all IT infrastructure operate at best condition with lowest cost
  • Manage the IT compliance, make sure the IT policies is followed strictly..
  • Conduct Research and Development for new IT technology, solution to apply for company in order to improve the operation
  • Complete all job assignment from IT GM/DGM on time
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all IT solution system be design the good monitoring method, backup procedures, intelligent system logic
  • Manage the IT infrastructure & helpdesk division activities: administration, time keeping, job assignment, working process, working timeline make sure all tasks are completed as per commitment with Operation team
  • Make decisions and to be responsible for all IT infrastructures & helpdesk issues
  • Build IT standards, policies and guidelines based on global policies and provide the training to both IT and operation team
  • Prepare annual IT budgets to ensure the best operation of IT infrastructure & helpdesk at lowest cost
  • Manage IT asset (setup, transfer, repair, and disposal), arrange the annual stock take to make sure the inventory is accuracy
  • Plan and arrange the training for IT infrastructure to all operation departments if requires
  • Co-operate with GHQ/RHQ to implement the IT infrastructure project to company
  • Conduct Research and Development on new IT technology and consult to IT GM/DGM
  • Conduct the IT survey with operation on service quality. Analysis the survey results and makes the improvement plan for not good items
  • Provide the weekly report to IT GM/DGM on outstanding issues and action plan to resolve it
  • Manage the IT division operation cost and plan for cost saving
  • Manage the company IT infrastructure operation cost and make the action plan for cost saving
  • Make the IT mid-term & long term plan for company based on Global business development strategy


  • Network certificate : CCNA, CCNP or other certificate at similar level
  • Microsoft certificate: MCSA, MCSE  other certificate at similar level
  • Certificates of ISO, ITIL are preferable
  • At least 3 year working in : Information system management, network administrator, system administrator
  • Good in English (both writing and reading)
