As a Level 2 – Technical Support Agent, you will:

  • Analyze assistance/incedent ticket requests from our Customers
  • Research, troubleshoot, and diagnose Customer issues; and provide accurate solutions.
  • Have high speed Interactions with Vietnam’s Level 3 – Support (Development Team)
  • Have high speed Interactions with Level 1 Support in Switzerland, Spain and France
  • Reproduce and document customer bugs for the development team
  • Respond to Customer Assistance Request in writing
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction

Your Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field
    To have a sufficient software or application technical background
  • Have a minimum 2 years experiences in software development OR technical support position for software or application
  • Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
  • Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing bugs, handling customer support requests
  • Database/SQL knowledge
  • Details oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Prioritization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Opend minded & team spirit


  • Fluent French or German (a plus)
  • Experience in some of the following: HTLM/CSS, JavaScript, Jquery
  • Experience in PL/PSQL
