Key Account Manager


  • Make sales plan, promotion plan, and personnel plan. Monthly, quarterly and annual budget and implement the approved plan
  • Management and operation of the chain store in the North: specific management and supervision of KAS / sales supervision; Train supervisors to supervise and create a working environment that promotes and develops team spirit
  • Proposing, developing, monitoring and evaluating promotion programs, advertising POSM expansion plans, and increasing brand image of the company
  • Responsible for managing, training and recruiting new staff for the Chain Store North
  • Propose Chain Store Manager / General Manager-Sales Department and National Sales Manager for sales strategy, HR plan, sales system, and related costs to the Chain Store channel to achieve the target and orientation of the company
  • Managing, selecting partners and setting up, maintaining good relationships with partners
  • Control the budget, approve the plan, and check the implementation of employee plans


  • Age: 30 years or older
  • University degree in economics, economics, finance, accounting (Priority for graduation from the School of Economics and Foreign Trade)
  • At least 2 years of experience in equivalent position in FMCG
  • At least 2 years of experience in team / group management and staff management.
  • Candidates with experience in regional sales management and sales in the consumer goods sector;
  • Minimum English Toeic 500, computer proficiency
  • Good strategic thinking skills;
  • Good manpower management skills
  • Communication skills, reporting, presentation and organization
