Sales Manager

Your contribution to something big

  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
  • Evaluate performance of sales staff
  • Assist with the development of dealer network
  • Co-ordinate and monitor sales activity of the dealers
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales volume
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Propose sales policies or procedures or develop promotional ideas to promote market area or dealers or products…
  • Prepare & monitor Sales budgets and control Sales expenses
  • Conduct market research and competitors and dealer analysis
  • Analyze multi data to identify sales opportunities & make strategy of sales
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with dealers or potential business partners

 What distinguishes you

  • Qualifications: University bachelor; Major: Economy, commerce
  • Foreign Language: Fluence in Communication English 
  • Experience: in all aspects of sales with the same position (priority of relevant product & industry knowledge)
  • Other skills: Good at Communication, Teamwork, Presentation, Negotiation
  • Ability: Strategic vision; Flexible at work; Ready for business trip
  • Personality: Mature; Active; High responsibility; Withstand high pressure of work
