Sales Senior Executive ( MT Channel )

Descriptions:           

  • To make sales order to fulfill account demand;
  • To have full responsibility of product strategy and product display, maintain in Nguyen Kim outlets;
  • To collect and make market price and competitor activities report, then proposal solution idea and strategy to win market;
  • To prepare sell out and market information to discuss and negotiate with dealers for sell out campaign, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize effect of ROI and maximize sell out;
  • To observe and train product knowledge to PG and dealers floor salesman;
  • To lead and make sure the product display always properly with POP and follow product display strategy;
  • To be excellent in company product line up and strategy to discuss with dealers for advance quarterly and yearly target and activities to make sure for achievement;
  • To update sale out and sell in situation and giving solution idea to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly and product concept idea for market in next few years;
  • To have proper feedback to BOM and other related team regarding the display to maintain shopfront image and relationship with customers;
  • To lead events projects according to budget and direction from Sales/ Marketing division;
  • To propose event display activities and budget according to dealers’ request;
  • To follow and report result/ budget used up to Sales manager

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in economic, marketing;
  • Good critical thinking and interpersonal skills;
  • Good communications skill both in English and Vietnamese
  • Good computer skills: MS Office, Internet, Mail
  • Teamwork spirit
