Senior Customer Service Executive


Overall CS operation and Partner’s management:

  • Support service strategy set by Regional/Management, thus develops and recommend short and long term proposal through appropriate market an product research.
  • Undertake the primary responsibility for partner management and customer service
  • Co-ordinate closely with regional team for support and guidance
  • 1 st level post sales technical support for range of products
  • Managing and ensure set KPI are met – Ensure spare parts availability through proper forecasting and management
  • Understand local environmental and product safety standards
  • Warranty cost management and control
  • Analyse reports/data and provide for management reporting

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Business/Computer Engineering
  • At least 2 years experiences in area of customer service support and 3 years of IT partner management
  • Good team player and good communicator (English)
  • Display professionalism and confident in handling partners and customers
  • Experience in B2B service support will be an advantage
  • Experience in SAP and CRM system
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Confident, responsible & able to withstand different level of stress
