Senior Recruitment Consultant


    a.  Business development:

  • Actively look for new clients and seek for job orders
  • Execute job orders as the standard timeframe
  • Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
  • Arrange interviews for client & candidates
  • Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedbacks to both parties
  • Assist client with job placement
  • Ensure self target and team targets are achieved

    b.   Relationship management

  • Build, maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
  • Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates
  • Identify and recruit potential clients/candidates in the recruitment market.
  • Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
  • Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate
  • sourcing techniques, business development, etc.


    a.   Education, Training Qualifications

University graduated (major in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields).

    b.    Experience

  • At least 2 year experience with proven track record

    c.     Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going
  • Good presentation skill
  • Fluent in English, computer literacy
  • Self driven, self motivated to succeed
  • Customer service orientated
  • Able to work independently, with high sense of responsibility
  • Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
