Expanding present of company share through the achievement of Consumer Replacement sales target and expand accounts to achieve company targets.
Your contribution to something big
6-MONTH TRADE ACTION PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION
- Develop the 6-rolling months trade action plan of Consumer tires with Trade marketing manager such as family channel, dealer & end-user promotions, new product launching, product development, account expansion, etc
- Implement trade activities to achieve the monthly sales target
- Confirm trade activities and budget with sales managers/leaders in monthly meeting
- Review the sales target at the end of the month, do forecast of sales volume for each product and send to sales manager for order
- Analyze data (import data, competitor, strength of BS, market shares …)
- Visit customers (dealers & sub dealers) to understand their needs and testing ideas
3. MONITOR & EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRADE ACTIVITIES
- Do the effectiveness evaluation of trade activities monthly
- Review & revise the trade activities monthly
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing with Sales experience.
- Logical thinking with analysis & report.
- Have knowledge of tires or automobiles is preferred
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good as negotiation & problem solving
- Passionate about trade marketing
- Language: Good in English
