Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Your contribution to something big

  • Provide support to operation groups in identifying talents to meet their staffing needs
  • Source required talents through job advertisement, social media, referral, internal opportunity or executive searchers
  • Manage job applicants database and maintain an updated talent bank
  • Conduct applicants screening and interviews
  • Conduct reference checks as needed
  • Counsel the candidate on company benefits, salary and environment
  • Coordinate pre-employment physicals, relocation, reporting dates, and employment processing, including work permits and Visas
  • Develop university or college recruitment programs
  • Perform other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time
  • Conform to all talent acquisition’s established policies and procedures
  • Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes and ensure compliance
  • Participate in employer branding event, such as career fair, walk-in interview
  • Prepare salary calibration of compensation and benefits for selected candidate to hire
  • Incorporate compliance to local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes and customer requirements
  • Encourage workers to report any kind of violations relation to labor, ethics and EHS

 What distinguishes you

  • At least 3 years experience as technical recruiter in semiconductor, high tech, electronics / electrical industry
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Able to work directly with oversea hiring managers
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Computer literate at least in MS Office
